Hagland Shipping increases capacity with M/V Fortuna

We are pleased to announce that Hagland Shipping will increase its capacity of self-discharging vessels with the delivery of M/V “Fortuna” (ex. “Havstein”) on time charter. The vessel will be on-hire as from week 34.

The vessel is about 3,750 mt dwt, and is a sister ship to our other five 3,750 mt dwt self-dicharging vessels.

This increase of the fleet will strengthen Hagland’s position as leading operator of self-dischargers in the range of 3,000 – 5,000 mt dwt, enabling us to handle larger volumes of cargo on CoA’s or voyage charter in the Baltic and North Sea area.
