Hagland Shipping acquires general cargo ship

We are pleased to announce that Hagland Shipping has acquired a new ship to join its fleet of self-discharging dry-cargo vessels. The vessel is a 4,485 t dwt general cargo ship which will be converted into a self-discharging vessel.

This will enable us to serve our customers even better and strengthen our position as operator of self-dischargers in the Baltic- and North Sea area.

We look forward to offer the capabilities of the new vessel which is expected to enter into operation in March 2011.
